Investigation on torque ripple minimization in switched reluctance motor by using different techniques associated with TSF taking into account of magnetic saturation effects

In this work, three control techniques of minimization torque ripple in SRM are proposed and compared to the classical technic names as Hysteresis [1]. The principle these methods is based on Torque Sharing Function (TSF) fixing reference each phase. literature review, method used reduction ripples TSF-Hysteresis Controller (TSF-H). first TSF-Predictive (TSF-P), here objective find voltage be applied machine minimizing error current through a prediction algorithm supply current. second sliding mode (TSF-SMC-PSO) whose parameters optimized by particle swarm (PSO). Finally, third controller fuzzy logic (TSF-SMFC). finite element (FEM) magnetic field calculation software FEMM was calculate flux static system take into account saturation circuit SRM. results obtained show that TSF-SMC-PSO have better performance other mentioned above.
